The grand opening took place on November 4, 2008, setting multiple world records. The mall features 1,200 stores, an ice rink, indoor aquarium, Galeries Lafayette, Kidzania, gold market, SEGA theme park, and more. It also has 22 screens, a hotel with 250 deluxe rooms, 120 restaurants and cafes, and over 14,000 parking spaces.
