This Customer Agreement applies to the acquisition of Licensed Products by the specified Customer from Parametric Technology Taiwan Limited (PTT) in the absence of a previously signed License Agreement. If a License Agreement has been signed before, it will govern the licensing and use of the Licensed Products.
