Namozov Asliddin has prepared a presentation on the education system in Italy. Public education in Italy is compulsory from six to sixteen years of age, lasting for 10 years. The education system is divided into four phases: primary school, secondary school (lower and upper), post-secondary or university. Students with disabilities have the opportunity to attend all these steps. Vocational school students in the fourth and fifth years attend a 300-hour course called III Area (Terza Area) in the afternoon, linking the school with the working world. This course includes 180 hours of theoretical lessons by experts and 120 hours spent in stages at specific companies.
