Beginning in 1924, radio communications in Uzbekistan began to develop rapidly. During these years, experimental tests were carried out on radio stations. February 11, 1927 in Uzbekistan was marked as the "birthday" of radio broadcasting, because it was the day of the grand opening of the new Tashkent radio station. In September 1929, the Tashkent Radio Center was opened in Tashkent, and the opening of this center was a great basis for the development of radio broadcasting in the country.
